Mark was recommended to me by family members when I purchased a house here in Penticton. I was grateful to discover he was a truly valuable asset in the renovation of my 1947 house. I purchased the house with plans of renovating the kitchen and bathroom. As the demolition started we soon discovered many problems of rot and a carpenter ant infestation that was really horrific. Mark is great at thinking on his feet, meeting problems head on and solving them. After we finished the demo and exterminated the ant problem we were left with a framed shell house. Basically we ended up rebuilding the house from the foundation up. The project was started 08/2011 and completed 11/2011, which to me seemed like a miracle. We are so pleased with the end result of our kitchen renovation, plus a whole lot more! We worked with Mark of Totally Custom on all the aspects of the design and layout of this enormous project.
